Because our skincare and body-care products are made fresh and for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, your satisfaction means everything to us — and we’ll always do our best to make it right. 💛

✅ Returns & Exchanges

Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Please contact us at deanna@awrightcreation.co with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours (wrong or damaged item).

🩵 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email  deanna@awrightcreation.co  within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll happily replace or credit the item once verified.

🌿 Non-Returnable Items

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare/body products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized gift sets

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
